Returns and Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns for damaged products. Our returns and refund policy is valid for a period of 7 days following the delivery of your purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including being in its original packaging. To process your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please send a WhatsApp message to 8089 100 452. You may return the item once your return request has been approved. Important: Items returned to us without prior approval of a return request will not be accepted.
