First candidates have to Visit official website https://student.nielit.gov.in/

• Select Course ‘Course on Computer Concepts (CCC)’ shown on the home page.
• Read the Instruction and click On ‘I agreed and processed Link ‘.
• Enter your Correct detail.
• Submit your Application Form. 

For filling the CCC Online Examination Application Form the applicant required to have the following:

• Personal Email ID of the applicant.
• Personal Mobile  Number  of  the  applicant
• Photograph (3.5cms x 4.5cms), Signature & LTI (Left Thumb Impression). all in.JPEG format, size limited to 50 KB and 20 KB.
